We have a larger boat in development with a Mega 16/15/3. It needs at least a 2100Mah pack to feed the motor. There just isn't enough room in the Renegade for that size motor and batt. Keep in mind the hull is just over 13" long. Water can be easily incorporated by your choice of rudder. They are available with and with out a pick up.
