Default RE: Cosmic Wind Minnow & YS110

Finished it about three weeks ago. I have about 30 flight on it now. Great flying plane once I got it sorted out. Needed 4 oz of nose weight and 1 degree of down thrust. I am flying it with a 14-10 acp. pretty fast, but there is more there with the ys 110. Take offs are easy, flies like it's on rails, but you better be on with the landings. She just will not slow down, even with 8 degrees of flaperons. Stall is straight foward, with a slight right wing drop. Overall it's a great setup.

I'll mention I removed all the monkote, glass the wing, control surfaces and the horizontal stab. Prime and painted and hand rubbed all painted surfaces. All of that added about 8 oz's of weight, but made a really nice plane. I also moved the fuel tank so it is over the cg. I wouldn't build it stock, seams like a huge cg movement when the fuel burns off.
