Unless they are BOTH the same mfg and model of prop then you are comparing apples to oranges. Different mfg may measure pitches differently (different points on the blade) and the blade shapes are also different.

Zain's method will also only work if the blade shapes/thicknesses/stiffness are the same. Otherwise we're back to apples/oranges.
