Inboard flap details. The flaps are cut out in the bottom chuck or saddles on a band saw when possible. The control arm I cut out of carbon fiber and the hinges I found at the Toledo show from Yellow aircraft. I used their X-large (simulated) fowler flap hinges and cut the pattern as shown.
