Help!

I took it out to finish the break in process this morning. I had to prime the engine [again] for it to start going, but it keeps cutting off! It'll start for about 5 seconds before it completely dies. Or sometimes, it'll start for about 10 seconds but as soon as I push throttle, the engine cuts off. I thought it could've been the glow plug but the ez starter still lights up green for the glow plug. I also tried cleaning the air filter to no avail. The engine keeps dying.
