There is only one chance of getting a Boat like that up to at least Hobby Spec..

Finding someone with NQD Electronic Box to tget it converted to a more reliable 7.2 Volt Battery Source.. but with a $75 limit.. that would be all..

I suggest getting a NQD High Wind to begin with .. then your goal may be a little more achievable.. over time..

With the Boat I am rebuilding now.. it has Cost me $253 US so far and thats using cheap components (Brand New)
