Default RE: New Lid on CT5

Daughter was in todays Memorial Day Parade here in my City... its 83* and about 85% humidity, so relative heat index is about 95 or so... took the car for a a good spin and got some stationary Video im gonna try to post up later..... after an initial warm up and then running about 4/5ths of a tank of gas, temps were very nice....206... i tuned it a tad more, filled the tank and took off, highest temp got was 217* with a nice blue trail at Wot.. man this thing just keeps getting faster and faster...... unfortunatly near the end of the 2nd tank, the car took a decent curb shot at about 45 or so... only damage besides the front of the lid haveing a crack or two, was the batterpack slide forward into the servo and broke the servo horn shaft. temps then were still only 212... i think i can lean it u a bit, but my smoke trail is getting a bit thinner and only really noticable when at WOT.. i m gonna toss in anohter servo and go back to the nice lot at the soccer field and burn a dozen or more tanks. will post vid later hopefully after i relearn my dazzle set up.
