Losing that 52 Surpass in favor of a YS 63 will be a revelation. I have a 63 and a 91FZ. There is simply no comparison. These are the best engines I've EVER fooled with; period.

The YS 63 is just a tad larger than an OS 46 two-banger. It won't care which way you mount it or where you put the fuel tank. And the 63 is as powerful (perhaps a bit more so) as an OS 70 Surpass. I've got an "old" (pre-enviro Nazi carburetor) 70 Surpass that I still run- going to put it in a Top Flite Contender- because it is just a solid, dependable engine. But from now on, all new engine purchases (plank AND heli) will be YS.

Haven't seen you on The Dark Side lately; now I know where you've been hiding...<G>
