Just out of curiosity, what's meant by "bad weather" in Victoria? In my part of the world (Finland) we (at least I) fly all the year round, even in sub-zero temperatures (and yes, that's sub-zero temperatures even if we talk Fahrenheit: -18C equals minus nought point something F, and we fly even then, if we get our engines started
) So are we talking rain and high winds, basically?
