Default RE: Powering a cub

We have a Hangar 9 100" Supercub in the club that flies well on the OS 160 and I use the Saito 150 in mine ( same plane 100" Supercub). A true 1/4 scale is a little larger yet, it will work great. True you don't quite need that much power but you will love the sound, just throttle back. We both swing 18x6 props FWIW and approaches have this beautiful sound of the prop and other air along with the low pur of the engine. You have to be there I guess, especially for the supercub with full flaps down !!!!

I bet it would fly fine on a 120 or the new Saito 125 with a 17x6 prop. Since you have the OS engine though, I'd use it personally. The Dave Patrick Clipped wing is another beauty.

Im looking for a cub that a OS1.60FS twin will fit in nicely. I was thinking a sig 1/4 scale but after doing a little looking im thinking it might be a little to small. Any Ideas?
