this is what I had to do. go to your accesorys and defragment your computer first, to clean up your programs then go to your video card company and load the updated driver I have the NVIDEA G Force 6600 the driver supplied and my messy programs were crashing my computer just downloaded there newest driver. now it works great havn't had any problems since. I must add I didn't figure this out the wife did also went to spybot.com and got there anti spyware program also the 1.4 version is free and will clean out the cookies that can bog your computer down microsoft has a pretty good spyware prog. also
