You could get any brand of drill really...
Just that more voltage ususally means more power. Also, its best if the drill has a variable speed trigger as well as a 2 speed gearbox. And, you want a torque clutch so that it the engine gets flooded, your drill will just slip when its hard to turn instead of wrecking the engine. A half inch chuck is nice too, because then you can fit some big stuff in the drill.
I just reccomend the sears drill because I have worked in the automotive industry and I restore cars at home for a hobby, and It's my favorite drill out of the 6 (i think) that I have. It actually has more power than a snap on 3/8 cordless impact driver
