Danny, You are right not to discuss prices. The European market cannot be compared with the US, and websites can be read worldwide. For retailers, there is no such thing as complete freedom in an open market. You can check that out by researching the German and other dealers in Europe. In the end, it is service close at hand that counts for the customer. Yet I bet, your customers would appreciate any effort to support them in this forum very much. Many read the fora and do not take the phone easily.
