ok thanks ahven't had the prob yet so I wasn't sure how to fix it. Does your clutchbell have any lateral play in it. Mine moves forward or back about 1mm. I tried putting more washers on the end screw to hold it tighter but then it doesn't rotate freely. And now that I'm thinking about it I have heard a click noise before from car but it's come from the slipper clutch area. I'm sure if you know how to shim the gears and replace all those parts you have your slipper set right, but maybe try adjusting that tighter or looser and see if noise goes away.
