I have a great outlook on life if the dumbass at AMA answering the phone and others of her ilk could at least make a attempt to do the job correctly and give me some choices, instead of saying " you cant join AMA over the phone" I guess I cant expect much more as these people that are being hired for burger flipping wages, can't speak english. make change, know the product they are selling, but such is life, and I will deal with it
