Default YS 160 DZ PROBLEMS

HI DAVE
I have been flying an Enigma ZN Line with a YS 140 DZ with great success for two years.
This week-end , in France, we had the biggest international event, Tournoi de Champagne.
Winner is Wolfgang MATT, second Marco Benincasa
I decided a week ago to install the new YS 160 DZ I get from Central Hobbies.
(I have had maybe twenty or more YS in the past.)
The engine was running well for the five first flights, but I had a huge fuel leak coming from the injector.
We changed the original system with a regular check valve.
No more leak, but the settings were changed, and the engine was quitting in flight.
I have to thanks Bernard SCHADEN , former SWITZERLAND Champion, for the time he wasted trying to adjust my engine.
On the ground and on the first attempt, the engine was running OK, but after a normal pass for landing, the engine quit again.....
The next day, with the basic setting, pump slighty inside, HS 1 1/4 , every thing was ok on the ground.
In flight, after a descent at iddle, the transition was not good, with a delay, and the engine quit just before the spin....at the third flight
To day, back from the field, after checking every thing normal, T°30°C,Prop APC 16*12, fuel Héli Cool Power 30%, Pump 1/2 in, HS 1.15
iddle 2200 RPM, a little bit rough, the engine runs great 8800 RPM, but still has a bad transition, an hesitation, even when if I increase slowly the power after an iddling descent. On the ground after 20 seconds, transition is good.
I had not this problem with the 140 DZ, so I don't think it's a tank Problem ( I could use a header tank)
So Dave, what do you suggest.
