This engine is definately Russian ( I know 'cause I'm russian and can read the instructions). The manual just calls it the "micro engine" (I don't think that's the name, but...). maybe if you scan some more of the pages, or even the box it came in, and send the pics to me I could read on and see if they mention a manufacturer.....
