Mark,
The 300 three view I posted is probably not even that accurate for the 300- let alone the 260. I happened to have drawn up and built a 260 myself a few years ago- I just drew it the way I liked it based on pictures. It is stretched to the max (10% fuse). The real 260 was actually rather stubby compared to the other Extras- the Smithsonian site lists it at:
Span 24.75'
Length 20'
The fuse is 80.8% the length of the span
At the same tim the 300 is:
Span 26.25'
Length 23.36'
The fuse is 89% of the length of the span
And the 300L is:
Span 25.25'
Length 22.83'
The fuse is 90.4% of the length of the span
Even the 200 is
Span 24.6'
Length 22.3'
The fuse is 90.6% of the length of the span.
