Don't anybody underestimate the power of a nice .12 They will have plenty of power to get out of turns, but not so much torque that your tires break loose and spin you out. A .12 will also rev higher, giving you a smoother, larger powerband. That is why I recommended the STS .12. I warn you now, racing with a .18 is not easy.
