I'll say the Matrix, not the cheapest but its aimed more at racing where Mayhems (no the pro) and other buggies lean towards bashing.

I threw out the stock NX26 (unreliable IMO) and stuck a O.S Vspec in it, this thing is a rocket now and its got strong brakes and sharp handling as well.
