Dave do you have a manual and if so can you give me some part numbers on what you are talking about so I can try and help? If by chance you do not have a manual you can down load it off HPI web site. Or some pictures will help if you have a way to take and post them.

On the servo are you talking about setting the trim on the TX? What I do is set up my linkage and trim where my carburetor opens all the way then work on the brakes. You might have to adjust the linkage and you might have to change the position of the servo horn on the servo.

Not sure this is helping much but I am trying. Keep us posted and we will keep on trying to help. I am not real good with words.
