I found this little bugger the other night. I think this may be the ticket for your glitches. It is for electric systems, since the motor/esc under power causes EMI (which is cleaned up just like RFI) and is "Choked" by the trifilar wound transformer (three wires wrapped around a torroid several times) Here is the link:

There is a high and low current model. The high current would be the best for you and it's only 2 or 3 $$ more. I feel confident that this would resolve your glitching.

I noticed that you have the Hitec receiver in your "Do". Do you use the Laser or the Optic radio? I found some issues with the Optic that I want to consult with you about.
