Mine is the same way. I think it's partly due to the ratchet on the throttle. I have messed around with using the trim to correct this, but this changes as the battery dies. I usually just adjust the throttle between 2 positions to keep it level. There's probably a way to get rid of the ratchet which would allow it to be placed in a position between "hit the ceiling" and "sink to the floor", but I haven't had the time to mess with it.
