hey guys i dont think i am getting the most out of li-po's. i can ushally hover for about 10-12min on one pack. i am running tp 11.1V 2100mAh 15c batt. here is the charge set up that i am using. if there is a better charger or setup or batter packs out there please let me know.

It looks to me that you aren't balance charging your battery; you have an adaptor clipped to your Deans. I think you need some kind of adaptor for the little plug. The extreme method would just be to buy a charger that takes that little TP plug.
