I don't think the plans by themselves would be helpful without the kit. The plans are not the correct size. They are exploded views for assembly of the parts.
The wings, rudder and horizontal stabilizer are complete other than control surface.
The fuselage is comprised of large laser cut formers that are planked. Similar to boat construction. The box states the fuselage could be completed in 6 hours. Will see.
I also have the Cessna Skymaster 336, fixed gear. Push pull plane.
As far as who sells them. There was a company that advertised in RCM last year carried them. There advertisement featured the German Stork.
