Default RE: CNC c-hubs

I clearanced My C-hubs on my Nemesis only about couple tenths on a millmeter and when I ran it turned hard the front of truck seem to jump up and down bit at low speeds and when I gas it hard the front end hops all around. I pulled it up close to me to see what was wrong......
when I took the wheels off and turned it hard both ways and rotated the drive train by it seemed to bind twice a rotation.
Well, what was happeningis,, the front Outer CV joint was turning just a fraction too far the shaving I did to the C-hub was causing the CV joint to over rotate beyond it mechanical abilty and bind.
since there is a single axis that rotates two ends of that axis is was that axis limitation that binding.
SO, I caused more problem to try to get a degree or two more turning.
Cen did such a good job balancing the performance V.S. durability and still maintained as much of the agility as possible with out compromising range of motion.

Whew.... where did that come from??
