No I haven't talked with them since I ordered mine about 3 or so years ago. What I did find out when I bought mine was the the guy building them did it as fill in time on his primary job. He told me he was a farmer and when he was working crops he didn't have time to build the herk. He also told me there were times he spent 16 hrs + on a tractor working the fields. Apparently he owns his farm and that is primary source of income. He enjoys r/c but building the herk is only fill in work. Don't know if this helps. Jim
