I do believe that many planes today exceed 200mph but 400???? idk.........
i have seen a video of plane confirmed over 200 with a radar gun, im not sure about 400, that seems a little farfetched, however some of those things have 15 lbs of thrust, so who knows.
200mph plane is real common, any turbine driven plane will easily break 200mph as will most nitro ducted fan ones...extreme prop planes fly around 100-140mph..it would be possible to reach 400mph on a turbine..btw a jetcat 200 puts out 45lbs of thrust and weighs 5lbs, imagine that tossed on a 12-15lb plane
