Thanks to everyone for all the replies. I had no idea that I would get this much help. I looked up a local club last night but they want you to join the club then take lessons. This would run me a lot more than the plane cost (as stated above) plus I really wouldn't have the free time to do events with a club because of work. The plane will travel about twenty feet loosing altitude the whole way and then it usually rolls on its side and does a nose dive. It is never over eight feet off the ground but I have broken the nose off the plane three times. It acts like it just doesn't have enough power to climb. I have not been running with it and then letting go. I just throw it, wings level and it drops like a rock.
