Default RE: Just Bought a TRex SE, Help Me with Picking Electronics!

I'm running a spektrum on my MX400 Pro, and while I'm not a pro at helis, I am a feature freak. And it took a lot to suck it up and buy the dx6 because of the lack of features, but man was it worth it. The 3-point throttle/pitch curves really aren't a big deal especially since I'm using a governor speed control. My normal and idle up pitch/throttle curves are the same with the exception of 0 throttle at bottom stick on throttle and 50% pitch on the pitch curve to keep it from smacking itself into the ground. It also has exponentials that allow you to desensetize it around center. Dual rates, end points on all 6 channels, plus failsafes that are foolproof.
Now on to the good stuff: I was having lots of glitching problems with my electron 6 and Optic 6 transmitter. I went and got the spektrum and guess what? Went away completely. I've never flown anything that felt so connected to the transmitter.
I guess it's up to you in the end though. If you want mroe features, go for the 6102. If you want something that just WILL NOT glitch, get the spektrum. I'm not saying the 6102 will glitch, but the spektrum is about guaranteed not to.
Just do yourself a favor and don't use the servos they give you. Find something better. lol
