The "old style" carburetor was an air-bleed type.

We're not sure what you mean by "accessory parts". Also, by "prop spacer" do you mean propeller washer? If your propeller's too thin, you may need to add an additional prop washer, though we'd wonder what propeller you're using that would be so thin that the prop nut is bottoming-out before it's tight.
