Default RE: diff risers why?

Good point JD. Raising the diff does tend to allow small rocks and debris to get out instead of digging into the diff.

Hellya has an interesting fix - put silicon caulk between the chassis and the diff tube.

- Put a piece of tape on the tube to prevent caulk sticking to it.
- Fill in front, under and back of area between diff tube and chassis.
- Let it cure.
- Rotate diff to remove tape.

It creates a close-tolerance barrier to keep stuff from even getting close to diff tube.
