well, i'm not familar with the esc, however if there is a setup button on the esc, I would run the esc through the setup procedure, to perhaps reset the esc. If there is no setup button then perhaps the esc is faulty?
if you have digital volt meter you can measure the outputs that are going to the motor (with the motor disconnected). Press the throttle and if you get seady voltage from it then your esc is good. If you dont get steady voltage then there is a problem with the esc.
while you have your digital volt meter out, check to make sure that your batterys are charged and not dead. If they are dead, of course you will need to charge them
perhaps the motor doesn't have those darned little capicators solidered on it.....
