I had a similar problem, but mine was a slipping linkage. If you are sure none of the linkages are bending or slipping then try re-adjusting the servo arm by taking off the screw and re setting it. If this doesn't work then I would diffinatly say it is a bad servo. I am no expert, but this is just what I think!
