An easy way to eliminate the motor as your problem would be to pull the motor out of your buggy. Then push the motor leads into the battery connector to make sure the motor is spinning fine. Push one of the motor leads into one side (+ or -) of the battery connector, and slide the other motor lead into the other side (+ or -) of the battery connector. It doesn't really matter which way you hook that motor up. If you accidentally hook the motor up backwards, it will just spin in reverse but it won't hurt anything.
