If you trim it for straight and level and then roll it over and the nose falls it's nose heavy. How fast the nose falls will tell you how nose heavy.
Depending on your taste it should fall ever-so-slightly to be considered perfect, but that's a matter of personal preference.

I stand corrected I was thinking nose heave and typed tail heavy.
Scott curiously did you have to have up elevator trim to fly straight and level? When will you be flying again I won't be at the field until saturday.
