I would seal the hinge gap on the rudder and give it a chance before "locking it up" as Set mentioned above-- Flyboy Dave posted on one of the F-20 threads about the vertical hinge line causing the flutter problem compared to the Patriot or others that are at an angle 7 deg. or so...
The Sk appears to be a great valuye but I am not familiar with it- once you get used to the F-20 you might decide to explore high performance engine options like the Jett-50, YS-45, Rossi-45/53 Webra-50/55 etc. or you can bolt on 1K with the Jett Stream like Set did--- 9x8 APC maybe?
If I were you I would do a search on the F-20 and grab a cup of coffee- Make sure however, that you disregard ALL posts by "Vicman", he has an F-20 but he is a crazy coot!
