It dies if I lower the throttle past half way. I did not turn the painted screws, thought it was factory settings, the filter is clean,
it will only run with needle setting 1 1/2 turn from stop, and you can see the fuel returning from the carb to the pump, I did take the pump apart to check if anything was obstructing the flow, but did not find anything, I use a very small amount of petrolium jelly to rub gently on the diaphragm, I reasembled it and tried it again with the same result. Now I will check for fuel flowing thru the D back to the line, I don't have the motor at my place now, I took it too our LHS and see what they could do with it. They know this motor and said they will check it out.
