RE: new finished tt01, also, post some of your drifters pics
I see you have the Bearings done.. Well Done..
What About the Alloy Prop Shaft to replace the Plastic one it has??
If you have done this , then this is All you really need to become a Street Drifter..
Nice Choice in Using PVC but you will need a Nice Open Smooth surface to Drift on. Away from Pot Plants, Gutters , Poles and Drains.
Remember with PVC, It will take about 1.5 metres to Brake From Top sliding.
Start With Some Very Simple Drift Techniques, Grab Two Soft Drink Bottles.. Place thm about 1.5 metres away from each other and Just Practice Drifting around them in a Nice Figure 8 pattern, Once you have this down pretty well, Try a Constant Oval around Both..
Then Slowly Make the Oval Bigger so you can get control of some nice High Speed Slides.
Remember to Constantly Adjust Your Throttle and Your Steering.. With PVC, it will like to slide alot more then with Rubber.
Drifting is no where as easy as it looks but once you have car Control.. You will be Impressed with Your Sliding.
I look Forward to seeing Your TT-01 in Action..
Remember, Always Drift with the Shell on.. its Job is to make sure the chassis doesnt get bashed too badly and to protect the Electrics..
