So just got Aero Ace yesterday, as an ex A&P I didn't like the cg, so I put a half a .177 pellet in the nose, really helped out.

But then after a couple of good crashes I noticed the plane was pulling hard left and nosing in. Unflyable. The left motor seemed to have more drag than the right, maybe a bent shaft? At any rate I took it apart to see what was up.

I got a new one today and clipped the lower wings and trimmed some foam, lost about .6 gram. Moved the battery forward about 4mm. Flies really well.

I saw a post about replacement parts, are there parts available, like a motor assy?

btw - what a great forums for electrics. Started with 1/12th scale road cars, then 05 boats, then dumping cobalts in boats. Getting ready to make another fast electric boat.
