I've got the same setup. Fuji 50, three 605BB's in the tail and two in the bottom wing with a connector between the top and bottom wing ailerons. My 1/3 scale pitts weighs 17lbs. Unlimited verticle
I used the stock muffler and just cut a hole in the cowl under it. Where are you going to get neoprene big enough to route through?
Yesterday I broke two out of the four aluminum cabane struts . Pretty scary.
I made some out of 3/8 OD copper tubing today and they feel pretty strong. The wall thickness is 50% more than the aluminum but I'm still concerned about this soft metal. What are your struts like?
