Sorry but the Survey states $5 per year not 1 time fee. http://www.rcuniverse.com/quizzes/ta....cfm?quizid=26 Here is what it says:

Would you pay $5.00 per year for the privilege to buy and sell in the RCU market?
A) Yes because the $5.00 would prevent scammers from freely entering the market, making offers and posting fraudulent listings.
B) Yes because having to provide a credit card or PayPal information will deter would-be fraudsters from transacting business in the market.
C) No, $5.00 per year is too much money. I'll take my chances.
D) No, I don't have a credit card or a PayPal account and won't get one to trade on RCU
E) A & B above
F) C & D above

$5 per year not one time.
