I did taxi it back from one of the failed takeoff runs and saw that the rudder linkage is loosing effectivness as the speed goes up.
The linkage should be rerouted to make it more capable of steering under load, since it was almost unable to offset torque during takeoff runs.
It was cool to watch motoring across the pond and the gator was about three feet long.
