what percent oil is run in gas Weedie vs Glow or GGL 2:1GasGlow?

If I understand it, a gas 32:1 2stroke mix is around 3%, and GGL is around 3% (1/3 10%)
Wouldnt that mean similar amounts of goo on planes?
