RE: Is the G26 for 1/4 scale Sig cub too big?
The carb may stick out one side and the header pipe for the muffler may stick out the other side, but there will be plenty of power for the Cub.
Put a Super Cub cowl on it and everything on the engine will be hidden.
It won't be way over-powered, but enough to get you out of (or maybe into) trouble.
You may have to mount the rudder and elevator servos at the tail to get it to balance, but that's no big deal.
Put an 18-6 wide blade APC on it and putt around the patch.
