anybody experience the latest RB S3 3 port or STS D21E 3 port

what will happen if i put a 5 port piston/linear on a 3 port engine.. and what what will happen if i put a 3 port piston/linear on a 5 port engine... can it increase or decrease their performance..??

does a 3 or 5 port engine have different shape inside the engine case.. []
