I agree with HoverLow. It's probably the one deg. positive angle.
If that one degree adds lift when flying level and the elevator is
trimmed for level flight, when you go inverted...look out!
I also just assembled and flew her. I believe this plane should be straight
and neutral. Get rid of the one degree.
