I won't be bashing a company for trying to make money on a product that it has spent $ on R & D they are in buisness to make money , that is one reason why they dont sell add ons to the G-2 and some tech reasons as well.
I have absolutely no problem paying for the software. I do understand that they need to make money. I also understand that software costs money to develop. And I am perfectly willing to pay them what the software is worth. But why should I pay for a controller again when I already have one?? It's entirely possible for them to make an upgrade product that can be purchased for those of us that already have a a controller. They can still make their profits on the software alone, and I don't have to pay extra for something I already have (the controller). Since GP decided to go for broke, and ignore the needs of existing customers, and try to wring every extra buck out of me then they will learn an important lesson in sales, The lost customer.
