Lately I prefer profile's, I think they fly better. That being said take a look at the Skeeter lineup. Quinn Coldiron has developed several sizes of them from 30" to 40" + all for electric. I just finished a Skeeter 30 and it's amazing. With a Hacker A20-20L it has ballistic pullout of hover. It also came in .5oz lighter than my Eflite Ultimate foamy at 14oz even AUW with battery and landing gear.

Just search Google for "Let's build a Skeeter" it's the first link that comes up. I got a kit from Quinn and it was the easiest build I have ever done. I framed the wing in my hand and it came out perfectly straight.

Otherwise consider planes other than the Eflite planes you listed.
