well its not a Heli switch but that was the reason i bought it, at the time i wouldn't have even contemplated spending £30 on a switch for my buggys [:'(]
BUT i needed a switch in a hurry & it was fitted & its been in use ever since
apparently they have a near zero failure record which is about as good as you can get, obviously they are electrical & electrical parts can fail but these are as close to fit & forget as you can get for that application!

i break the mounting tabs off mine & just RTV it to the side of the radio box, i did use araldite (twin pack glue) but it breaks due to vibration RTV sealant stays flexible & can be safely removed if needed

looks like you get them in dollars for what we pay in pounds
